Doubt

Why does our mind and thought start doubting.... our feelings, our instincts, others. The mind goes on creating "what if" situations or scenarios that creates doubt and discomfort.

We should accept that the mind will go on thinking....analysing...creating doubt etc - that's what it is good at.

The rub for us is to stop identifying with these thoughts and experience the difference between the mind/body and our true self.

If there is ....let there be doubt at the surface, don't fight it. Deep within there is an ocean of calm ....keep peeling the layers and each glimpse we get.... is a step closer to bliss!
