Clearing.....

Do we hold onto our disappointments and failures because we are programmed to feel hurt or is it by habit and  what stays in our conscious minds gets bigger as time goes by. Why don't we do the same to our successes? We do but greater attention is placed on the failure (habit!). Rather than drawing from it the lesson and moving on we try and fix it and run what if scenarios. It can be very simple - the experience/event can pass by as an ordinary one - its the extra attention that we place on it that gives it significance. If we start letting go of this clutter, space for something new is created. Lets laugh about our foolishness and let the laughter energize us to clear our past.
