Triggers

We get triggered by what we are most sensitive about or what we haven't accepted.

The person or circumstance that triggers us is not to blame, don't shoot the messenger. Triggers exist to help us expand our awareness. The first step is to get aware of the trigger, followed by accessing and integrating the feelings that it brings up for us.

Don't blame it on someone or something. YOU are responsible for it. Understand and embrace it, and hear the divine symphony play on!
