Stillness

Meditation is stillness. We find stillness a challenge, physically, mentally and emotionally.

When we are still we are centred and connected. From that stillness can come action. Have you observed young children? Still from the inside although physically active- their being radiates their magnificence!

Once you connect even momentarily to your stillness, you can get the knack of going back to that point and start living in bliss!
